Yes. Both job seekers and recruiters can start on a free plan with no credit card required. The free job seeker plan includes 5 applications per month. The free recruiter Starter plan includes 3 job posts per month. Paid plans unlock unlimited usage, AI features, and advanced tools.

When candidates apply to your jobs, they appear in your recruiter pipeline. You can move them through customisable stages (Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offered, etc.), send automated notifications, schedule interviews, assign tests, run AI mock interviews, and mark a candidate as Placed — which triggers commission tracking and invoice generation automatically.

No. You must be registered and logged in to apply. Your contact information is shared with the recruiter only when you submit an application. You control your profile visibility in settings — set it to recruiters only, public, or hidden.
